Our Specialist & Advanced Treatments

Advanced podiatric care is at the heart of FootXpert®. We focus on specialist treatments that go beyond routine management, using evidence-based approaches, established clinical protocols and advanced techniques to address persistent foot and lower-limb conditions.

Every treatment is considered carefully, with patient safety, clinical evidence and individual suitability at the forefront. Our aim is to provide patients with access to advanced options that can deliver meaningful, longer-lasting results and reduce the need for repeated short-term treatment.

Curacorn®

£299-£499*

Curacorn® is an advanced cushioning treatment designed to provide longer-term relief from painful corns and areas of high pressure in the foot. Using a specialist hyaluronic acid cushioning gel, Curacorn® helps restore cushioning beneath vulnerable areas, reducing pressure and improving comfort when walking.

Unlike repeated corn removal, Curacorn® is designed to address the underlying pressure contributing to the problem, with results that can provide relief for much longer than routine treatment, some don’t return at all.

PODtox®

£399*

PODtox® is an advanced treatment using botulinum toxin to help manage a range of persistent foot and lower-limb conditions. It can be used for problems including plantar fasciitis, Morton’s neuroma, tight gastrocnemius muscles and excessive foot sweating (hyperhidrosis).

By targeting the muscles, nerves or sweat glands involved in the individual condition, PODtox® offers a specialist option for patients seeking longer-lasting relief when conventional approaches have not provided the results they need.

AcuV®

£199*

AcuV™ is a specialist verruca and wart needling treatment designed to stimulate the body’s own immune response to the virus responsible for the lesion. Using a precise micro-needling technique under local anaesthetic, the treatment targets the verruca while prioritising patient comfort, accuracy and controlled treatment depth.

AcuV™ offers an advanced option for persistent or troublesome verrucae and warts, particularly when conventional treatments have been unsuccessful or the problem keeps returning.

Nail Surgery

£299-£350*

Nail surgery provides a long-term solution for painful, recurrent or problematic toenails, including ingrown toenails that repeatedly become sore, inflamed or infected.

Performed under local anaesthetic, the problematic section — or, where necessary, the whole nail — can be carefully removed. Where appropriate, the nail-producing tissue can also be treated to prevent the troublesome portion of nail growing back, helping provide lasting relief and allowing you to get back to walking comfortably.
